Thanks for shopping at the Taplin Hill Farm online store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 10 calendar days to initiate a return from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Perishable food items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please send an email to: returns@taplinhillfarms.com. In your email, please include:

  • The first and last name of the person who ordered the item
  • The address where the product was shipped
  • The order number (on your receipt)
  • The date of purchase
  • The reason for your return

We will reply to your email with instructions on where to ship the item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 3 to 5 business days. You will then receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
